Keeper Calendar Sync
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Purpose
Keeper Calendar Sync is a privately operated, self-hosted service used to synchronize calendar events between calendar providers. It is not offered as a public commercial service.
Google user data accessed
When authorized, Keeper Calendar Sync may access Google Calendar information necessary to provide calendar synchronization. This may include calendar lists and event information such as event titles, dates and times, descriptions, locations, and other information associated with calendar events.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide calendar synchronization requested by the authorized user. The service may read calendar information and create, update, or synchronize calendar events as required for that purpose.
Storage and security
Keeper Calendar Sync is self-hosted. Authentication information, including OAuth tokens, may be stored as necessary to maintain authorized connections to Google Calendar. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the service and its stored credentials and data.
Sharing and advertising
Google user data accessed by Keeper Calendar Sync is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Calendar information and authentication data are retained only as necessary to operate the synchronization service and maintain authorized calendar connections.
Revoking access
A user may revoke the service's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents the service from continuing to access Google Calendar through that authorization.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Keeper Calendar Sync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
